Channelry

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Surge Studio LLC ("we", "us") about your use of the Channelry app and this website. By installing or using Channelry, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Channelry is

Channelry is a media player. It doesn't include, host, sell or recommend any channels, movies, series or other content, and it doesn't provide IPTV subscriptions. Everything Channelry plays comes from providers, playlists, servers and files that you add yourself.

2. Your content and your responsibility

You're responsible for the sources you add and for making sure you have the right to access and watch their content where you live. Don't use Channelry with content you don't have the right to view. We don't control third-party providers or their content and aren't responsible for them, including whether they work, what they show, or how they treat you.

3. Your licence to use Channelry

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Channelry on devices you own or control, under these terms and the rules of the app store you got it from. We keep all rights in the app, its design and the Channelry name and logo.

4. The free preview and Channelry Pro

5. Codes

We may give out codes that unlock Pro, for example to friends, family or testers. A code is personal, works on one device at a time, may have an end date, and can't be sold or transferred for money. We can end a code at any time, for example if it's shared beyond its limits.

6. What you agree not to do

7. Third-party services

Some features use services from others, such as TMDB, Trakt, Google Drive, OpenSubtitles or your app store. Using them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Channelry at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access to Pro or our services if you break these terms. Purchases are refundable only under your app store's rules.

9. Changes and availability

We may update Channelry, change or remove features, or change these terms. If we change the terms in an important way, we'll tell you in the app or on this website. We can't promise the app or our services will always be available or work with every provider or device.

10. Disclaimer

Channelry is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of Channelry or third-party content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Channelry in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

12. Copyright concerns

If you believe the app or this website infringes your rights, email support@channelry.app with the details.
