Channelry

Support

We're happy to help. Most answers are below; for anything else, email us.

support@channelry.app

Tell us your device (for example "Fire TV Stick 4K") and the app version from Settings → This device & Help. If something didn't play, a problem report from Settings → Help and privacy helps a lot; logins and passwords are removed from it first.

Getting started

Does Channelry include any channels?

No. Channelry is a player. It doesn't include channels, movies or series, and we don't sell IPTV subscriptions. You add your own provider or your own media.

Where can I get an IPTV subscription?

We don't recommend, sell or link to providers. Please use a service you have the right to watch.

How do I add my provider?

Open Add provider from Home or Settings → Channels & Guide → Providers. You can sign in with an Xtream-compatible login (server, username and password), add an M3U playlist link or file, or use a setup file from your provider. Several providers can be added; the same channel from different providers becomes one entry.

Can I play my own films and shows?

Yes: Add provider → My media. Channelry plays from a shared folder on a Windows PC or NAS, a USB drive plugged into the device, or a home media server.

Can I set up my TV from my phone?

Yes. Open Channelry on a phone that's already set up; it finds a new TV on the same Wi-Fi and offers to send your providers and settings. Both screens show the same digits to confirm, and the setup travels encrypted.

Playback

A channel or film won't play

Channelry tries another copy from your other providers by itself. If nothing plays: check the channel works with your provider, refresh your lists (Settings → Channels & Guide → Providers → Refresh all lists), and try the other player engine in the channel's options. If it still fails, send a problem report from Settings → Help and privacy and email us.

The TV Guide is empty for some channels

The guide comes from your provider. Settings → Channels & Guide → Guide health and sources shows what's missing, and Extra guides can fill gaps for many channels.

Channelry Pro

How does the free preview work?

Every feature works for free. Each channel, film or episode plays a one-minute preview, from when you press Play. Each title can be previewed once an hour, with up to 10 preview minutes a day on a device. Channelry Pro removes the limit.

How many devices does Pro cover?

Up to three devices signed in to the same app store account. You can see and remove devices in Settings.

I bought Pro but it's not unlocked

Make sure the device is signed in to the same Google Play, Amazon or Apple account you bought with, then choose Restore purchase in Settings or on the preview screen. A purchase from one store doesn't unlock the app from another store.

How do I get a refund or cancel a subscription?

Purchases are made through your app store, so refunds and cancellations go through it too: Google Play (Payments & subscriptions in the Play Store app), Amazon (Your Memberships & Subscriptions, or Amazon customer service), or Apple (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Each store's refund rules apply.

Someone gave me a code

Choose Redeem a code in Settings or on the preview screen, and type the 12-character code. A code works on one device at a time. To use it on a new device, type it there; it moves at most once a week. Codes can't be bought or sold.

Your data

What does Channelry keep about me?

Your providers, logins, lists and history stay on your device. We keep only what's needed for purchases, codes and the free preview. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I delete my data?

On the device: Settings → Help and privacy → Erase everything. For records we hold about your devices, email support@channelry.app.

Copyright concerns

Channelry doesn't host, sell or link to any content; everything it plays comes from sources the user adds. If you believe the app or this website infringes your rights, email support@channelry.app with the details and we'll respond promptly.
